If you must cancel a "face to face" class that you have registered for, your cancellation notification must be received 48-hours prior to the class date and start time. If your notification is received 48-hours prior to the class date and start time, you will be able to reschedule your attendance at a future class at no additional charge. If you would like to request a refund, you will have up to 72-hours prior to the class date and start time to do so. Please note: There will be a 10% processing fee subtracted from your refund. In addition, shipped textbooks and e-learning online keycodes are not eligible for refunds. If you are a 'no show' at the scheduled class that you have registered for, this will result in your ineligibility to reschedule for a future class at no additional charge or to receive a refund for that particular class. You will, however be able to register for a future class and pay the full costs of that class. We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time, due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
